Domestic (U.S.): Orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS based on speed, cost, and destination.
International: Carrier varies by destination (calculated at checkout). Duties/taxes may apply.
Special Items (fragile/high-value): Packed securely with extra protection.
2. Processing Time
Orders placed Mon–Fri before 3:00 PM (CST) ship within 1–2 business days.
Weekends/holidays: Processed next business day.
Delays? I’ll notify you ASAP.
3. Shipping Timeframes
U.S. Domestic:
Standard: 3–7 business days
Expedited: 2–3 business days (extra fee)
International: 7–21 business days (varies by location).
Note: Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are beyond my control.
4. Shipping Costs
Free U.S. Shipping: Orders over $50 (after discounts).
Under $50**: Flat fee of **$4.99.
Expedited/Rural: Additional fees apply (calculated at checkout).
International: Costs display at checkout based on weight/destination.
5. Returns & Exchanges
My error (wrong/defective item): I cover return shipping.
Change of mind: You pay return shipping; I cover replacement shipping.
Undeliverable (incorrect address): Reshipping costs apply.
6. Tracking & Support
All orders include tracking (sent via email).
